Delivery policy

Right after the payment is confirmed you receive the booking confirmation by email, with the car, period, chosen locations and the booking ID. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We hand the car over at the date and time in your booking, at our office in Baciu or at the location chosen when booking (Cluj city centre or the airport). Any location fee is shown in the booking summary, before payment.

At handover the rental agreement is signed and the security deposit is provided; please bring the valid identity document and driving licence of every declared driver. See the Terms and conditions.

The car is returned at the return date, time and location in your booking, under the rental agreement. The security deposit is returned when the car is handed back in the same condition in which it was picked up. If you want to extend the rental, contact us before the rental period ends.

If, for reasons beyond your control, we cannot hand over the booked car at the agreed date and time, we let you know immediately and offer you an equivalent car or, if you prefer, a full refund of the amount paid.
